 Chad's words are following, amplifying why he is such a valuable employee.

I've been with SERVPRO since October 2022, when I was looking for a career, something that would allow me to help people. Helping our customers is what I enjoy most about my days. One of my projects was helping a couple dealing with a family loss, and we needed to get their house back in order. That was a highlight for me.
 
Some people may be surprised by my number of tattoos – it gives them a different perception of how I may be. They don't realize how compassionate I am and how I genuinely do care about getting people back on course.
 
EXTREME service is a FAST response, POSITIVE attitude, GREAT communication, and doing the job RIGHT the first time! This is how I approach every cleanup and restoration job.
